About T. LANARD
I walked the runways in 1980s NYC — yeah, that was 40+ years ago, but who's counting? Back then, I was already obsessed with footwear that didn’t just look good — they did something. Greenwich Village was my playground, along with my four years living in Italy, both are places where I hunted down Italian-made kicks with attitude.
Now? I design them. VELANARDO is where that obsession lives on - where New York edge meets Italian elegance - a line born from the runway, built for the streets.
